Thank you for shopping at FluffyLoft! We take immense pride in the artisan craftsmanship of our handmade pet beds. If you or your furry friend are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
⏳ 1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair/odor, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items (Important)
Because we offer customized options, please note the following exceptions:

Customized/Personalized Orders: Beds that were custom-made with your specific color choices (such as our 3-color custom crochet beds) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items on Sale: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
📦 3. Return Shipping Process & Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Address: All returns must be shipped back to our central workshop in Poland. Please contact our support team at
support@fluffyloft.shopbefore sending any items back to obtain the correct return address and instructions. -
Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
💰 4. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions (free of pet hair, wear, or damage).

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
⚡ 5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged during transit or if we made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong size or color sent), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fluffyloft.shop with:

Clear photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
