🧶 PRODUCT & CUSTOMIZATION

1. Are your pet beds really handmade?

Yes, absolutely! Every single pet bed at FluffyLoft is 100% handcrafted by skilled artisans in our workshop in Poland. Because they are made by hand, each item is unique and may have slight, charming variations.

2. How do I customize the colors for the Crochet Cat Bed?

It’s very simple!

  1. Select your primary Base & Lower Wall color from the dropdown menu on the product page and add it to your cart.

  2. At the checkout page, leave a message in the "Order Note" box specifying your preferred colors for the Upper Wall and the The Rim.

3. Are the materials safe for my pets?

Your pet's health is our royalty. We use premium, eco-friendly materials, including 100% OEKO-TEX® certified cotton cords and natural jute fibers. All materials are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and safe for sensitive paws and noses.


🧼 CARE & MAINTENANCE

4. How should I clean my FluffyLoft bed?

  • For Crochet/Cotton beds: We recommend gentle spot cleaning. If necessary, hand wash cold and reshape before air drying.

  • For Woven Rope & Jute beds: Machine washing is not recommended as it may ruin the structural shape. For daily care, simply vacuum pet hair with a brush attachment. For stains, spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry completely.


📦 SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: Since our products are handmade, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to craft and package your order.

  • Shipping Time: * EU: 3 - 7 business days.

    • Ukraine: 5 - 10 business days.

    • Japan: 7 - 14 business days.

6. Do I have to pay import taxes or customs duties?

Yes. All orders placed on FluffyLoft exclude taxes and duties. * Within the EU: There are no additional customs duties.

  • Outside the EU (Ukraine, Japan, etc.): The customer is solely responsible for any customs clearance fees, import VAT, or duties levied by your local authorities upon delivery.


🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

7. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

You can return any regular, non-customized item within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, free of pet hair/odor, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our workshop in Poland.

8. Can I return a customized color bed?

Unfortunately, because customized beds are specially made to your unique color specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for them unless they arrive damaged or defective.
