Welcome to FluffyLoft! We are proud to offer high-quality, handcrafted pet beds made with love and precision. Because our products are artisan-made, we ensure each item is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected before it makes its way to your furry friend.


📦 1. Processing & Crafting Time

  • Handmade with Care: All of our pet beds are handcrafted to order or in small batches at our workshop in Poland.

  • Timeframe: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process, quality-check, and package your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Note: During high-demand holiday seasons, processing times may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience!


🌍 2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship directly from Poland to the European Union (EU), Ukraine, and Japan. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

💰 3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions of your order, and your exact delivery address.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €100 within the European Union.

  • For orders below this amount, exact shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.


🛂 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL ORDERS EXCLUDE TAXES AND DUTIES. THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT TAXES, OR DUTIES IF APPLICABLE.

  • Prices & Taxes: All prices listed on our store are exclusive of import taxes and customs duties.

  • Customer Responsibility: The recipient is entirely responsible for complying with local import regulations and paying any customs clearance fees, VAT, duties, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country (especially for shipments to Ukraine, Japan, or other non-EU countries).

  • Customs Delays: FluffyLoft has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Parcels may be held at customs if these duties are not paid by the buyer.


📍 5. Wrong Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. FluffyLoft is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
